Quilting 101: Projects

Quilt a lap or receiving blanket! Learn how to piece together a simple pattern, pick suitable materials, cut pieces and sew them together into a cozy heirloom. We will make a pieced  36x40 " quilt top, and learn about battings, backings, and bindings. At the end of the session, you will develop a love for quilting and have a special quilt for a special person.

Adults/teens - Skill Level Beginner. Must know how to wind a bobbin, thread a machine, and sew a straight line on the sewing machine.
